Policies of Ocho by Blue Tulum

In making your deposit you are agreeing that you have read and agree to abide by all of the following Ocho by Blue Tulum Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

60 or more days before = 50% refundable

60 or less days before = non refundable

CANCELLATION AFTER ARRIVAL

If you choose to cancel your reservation or part of your reservation after you have checked in, then you are responsible for the remainder of your scheduled stay.

WEATHER

There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are by nature unpredictable and an act of God

TRAVEL INSURANCE- FOR YOUR PROTECTION!

I understand that I am urged to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect my vacation investment against cancellation due to illness, flight cancellations, etc. I understand that in the event of becoming ill during our vacation, or having to cut our vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are my responsibility and I shall not be entitled to any refund either total or partial. I accept that Ocho by Blue Tulum and its employees are not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold Ocho by Blue Tulum liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond Ocho Tulum's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, hurricanes or other weather conditions.
I, the guest of said dwelling offered for rent by Ocho by Blue Tulum, understand and agree to abide by ALL the terms and regulations set forth in this document, and as the guest, I agree to be held financially responsible.

CHANGE FEES

There will be a $50.00 US dollar change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made, with the exception of extending or upgrading the reservation.

CHILDREN

Ocho by Blue Tulum doesn`t have seasonal age restrictions for visiting children are welcome. Please advise us at the time of reservation to discuss bedding options, as most rooms are only equipped to accommodate two adults.

Children & extra person fees, Children ages 0 to 3 is free, Children 4 to 9 years old $25 us dollars

and older $40 us dollars per night.

All above fees include continental breakfast for each extra person or child for each night.

Extra singles bed (only in king rooms)

$50 us dollars per night in all seasons (includes continental breakfast)

Crib $15 us dollars per night

Minimum Stay Period Ocho by Blue Tulum

Holdiay Season Five (5) night minimum No minimum for low or high season

Late Check out Ocho

Tulum Check out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check out is only available when there is no scheduled arrival for your room that same day. After 17:00 $40 us dollars or $10 per hour. No Pets at the Resort

Reservations at Ocho by Blue Tulum

Please be advised that NO rooms will be held at Ocho without a deposit. If you make a reservation and do not pay the ½ deposit, do NOT assume your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed. This also applies to any events at Ocho including weddings or conferences. If you receive a discount on your nightly rate, the continental breakfast will not be included. If your reservation is for 4 days or less the deposit will be for 100% instead of the 50% for 5 days or more. Also please be advised that room numbers CANNOT be reserved, only room categories. When you arrive your rates and deposit will be reflected in Mexican Pesos due to Mexican Law at the exchange rate of the date of arrival.
